Responsibilities
As an International Sales Consultant, you will have several important tasks. You will:
- Build Relationships: You will talk to new and old customers to help them find the right cars and build long-term relationships.
- Help Customers: You will listen to what customers need and suggest cars from our collection that meet their needs.
- Make Sales Deals: You will negotiate with customers to agree on a price and close the sale, helping the company reach sales goals.
- Work with the Team: You will work closely with other team members to make sure all orders are processed correctly and the cars are delivered on time.
- Stay Updated: You will keep up with the latest news about cars, car prices, and what other companies are doing to stay competitive.
Requirements
To apply for this job, you should have the following skills and qualities:
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales or in a call center role is preferred, especially if you know about cars or the auto trading industry.
- Language Skills: You must be fluent in English. If you know any other languages, especially languages spoken around the world, that’s a big plus.
- Good Communication: You should be able to talk to customers in a clear, friendly, and helpful way.
- Knowledge of Cars: If you know a little about cars and how the global car market works, that will help.
- Teamwork: You should be comfortable working with others and be able to handle tasks on your own as well.
